Co-founder, joined in September 2002. Management and Certificate in Child Care, Learning and Development (CCLD) qualifications. School Age trained. Completed Level 3 Playwork qualification March 2018. Tina now works part-time within our After School and Holiday clubs.
Nia joined our team in January 2021, working within our After School and Holiday Clubs. Nia has 9 years of Early Years’ experience, including previous Team Leading experience. Nia achieved a First Class Honours in her BA Hons Childhood Studies Degree in 2022 and also received the Jersey Childcare Trust Award for Professionalism. Achieved Distinction in her Fda Childhood Studies Degree. Achieved CMI Management and Leadership in the Children’s Workforce, Level 5 through her degree. Completed CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education in 2010. Completed Level 3 Diploma in Playwork, Summer 2023. Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Mark has been with us periodically since 2014, coming back to take on the role of Team Leader in September 2022. Commenced BA Hons Youth and Community Work Degree in September 2015 and completed with a 2:1 in June 2018. Mark has extensive experience working within various differing projects and charities in the city of Manchester. Completed the CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership qualification in 2019. Youth Mental Health First Aider. School Age trained. Mark works within our After School and Holiday Clubs.
Joined in 2008, responsible for the accounting and bookkeeping of the Club. Working with our families regarding their invoices and accounts and manages the financial administration of our business.
Sarah joined our team in June 2022, working within our After School and Holiday Clubs. Commenced Level 3 Diploma in Playwork in September 2022 and successfully completed in Summer 2023. Sarah is a Keyworker for our Pre-School aged children, both during after-school and the holidays, and is also the Lead Worker for The Little Kids’ Holiday Club. School Age and Early Years Trained.
Jade joined our team in October 2023. She has 6 years experience working within the early years sector. Jade holds a Level 2 Diploma in Childcare & Education. Currently working in our After School and Holiday Club provisions. Jade is early years trained and has recently became a Keyworker for our early years children, both during After School and Holidays. Jade works closely alongside our Lead Worker of The Little Kids’ Club, in the operation and development of this service.
Mollie has been known to us since she was a child attending the club, and started working with us as a Junior Play Leader in April 2021 during her studies. Mollie has commenced a degree in Childhood Studies, September 2023. Mollie works within both our After School and Holiday Clubs.
Elise has been known to us since she was a child attending the Club, and started working with us as a Junior Play Leader in July 2022 during her studies. Elise works within our After School and Holiday Clubs. Successfully completed Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education in Summer 2023. Elise has commenced her degree in Childhood Studies in September 2023.
Callum has returned to the club September 2025, after previously working with us for a period between 2023-2024. Callum is a Specialist Keyworker for the Jersey Youth Service, Short Breaks Provision and has experience working with children and young people with diverse needs and abilities. Callum was previously a child who attended The Kids’ Club, giving him valuable insight into the children’s experiences at club.
Peter has joined our team September 2023. Assisting us during term time with the pick ups from St John, Les Landes and St Peter’s Schools.
