During the holidays you will need to sign your child/ren in on arrival to The Little Kids’ Club. When dropping your children off in the morning, please park in the St Mary’s Community Centre car park and bring your children through the front doors of the Centre where you will be directed to The Little Kids Club setting by a member of our team. These doors will be open from 8.30am – 9.00am after which they will be locked and access can be requested through ringing the bell in the outer hall way.
It is the same procedure when collecting your children at the end of the day. The doors will be open from 3.00pm – 4.00pm and you will be welcomed by a member of our team. After this time the inner front doors will again be locked and access can be requested through ringing the bell. When collecting your child/ren it is very important that you sign your child/ren out.
If for some reason, an adult other than yourself or the person identified on your registration form is collecting your child/ren, it is essential that you inform the Club prior to collection. Please note that if you have not informed us of a change in arrangements we have the right to not allow your child/ren to leave the premises.
